Our tanks are manufactured using European-sourced HDPE plates. The HDPE material used is UV resistant and suitable for outdoor use in direct sunlight. For tanks with steel frame reinforcement, carbon steel is generally used, and the carbon steel is painted with a corrosion-resistant paint system. Stainless steel is also available upon request and need.
All flanges used on the mixing tanks are UV-resistant, suitable for outdoor use, and are made of 30% fiberglass reinforced PP coated steel flanges.
The mixers are manufactured with a coating resistant to chemical corrosion.
