What is Air Damper?

  • Category:Ventilation Systems
Air Damper

Controlling chemical vapors and gases is a fundamental requirement in industrial and commercial facilities.

Dampers made from PP (Polypropylene), HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) materials are an indispensable part of mechanical ventilation systems.

As Barat Industrial Plastics Engineering, we can produce dampers according to your needs and any size;

We manufacture ventilation dampers in any desired diameter or cross-section without any restrictions. Our dampers are manufactured with sleeve connection/welding assembly or flange connection, to best suit your needs. The ventilation system flow rate can be adjusted manually using a flap lever or automatically using an actuator. Automatic dampers have Open/Close, Spring Return or Proportional Control options. Damper motors are used.

Advantages:

High Chemical Resistance: It exhibits high resistance to chemicals, which makes the dampers I produce ideal for industrial applications.

Economical and Cost-Effective: It offers economical solutions with its cost-effectiveness and ease of processing.

Lightweight and Durable: Thanks to its light weight, it can be easily transported and assembled. It is also long-lasting as it does not corrode.

UV Resistance: HDPE material is resistant to UV rays, therefore it is suitable for outdoor use.

Moisture and Corrosion Resistance: It is resistant to moisture and corrosion, making it ideal for use in humid and corrosive environments.

Superior Impact Resistance: It exhibits high resistance to impacts, providing reliable performance even in challenging environmental conditions.

Non-Flammable Property: It is fire-resistant and prevents flame spread.
