Barat Industrial Plastics Engineering has added another step to its efforts to support environmental sustainability. A waste sorting system has been officially implemented in our production areas. This system, which separates plastic, metal, paper, and organic waste into different sections, ensures that all recyclable materials are meticulously separated.
As part of this transformation in waste management, we have also completed the transition to the 5S method in our facilities. The 5S method, consisting of Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke steps, aims to increase order, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in our workspaces. As a result of these applications, both employee ergonomics and our quality standards in production processes have been significantly improved.
With these new systems, we aim to increase environmental awareness, optimize resource use, and further advance our understanding of sustainable production. As Barat, we will continue to fulfill our responsibility to both society and nature.
