A 12 m3 capacity, double-walled Iron (III) Chloride dosing tank has been manufactured for use in the wastewater treatment plant being constructed by Toshiba Water Solutions in Marneuli, Georgia.
The tank has a second wall to protect against leaks.
The scope includes the manufacturing of the tank, ladder, and platform.
The ladder and platform are painted with G5.05 paint system against C5 category corrosion. A total of 240 microns of paint has been applied in 3 layers on hot-dip galvanizing. GRP grating is used in the interior of the platform.
